Return and Refund Policies

Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and China:
We do not offer return and refund service for any reasons.

Overseas countries:
If you have purchased from overseas or locate in overseas, and you find that the size is not suitable after receiving the product, we will offer return and refund service, however do not provide exchange service.
Return and refund procedure (for overseas countries):
- If you find that the size is not suitable, please contact our customer service or email us at info@leatherlabshoes.com within 14 days of receiving the product. Please include your order number, email / phone number, product photos or videos, and stating reason for the return, we will assist you with the entire return and refund process. Lack of information or wrong information may cause delay in processing exchange.
- The following product conditions must be fulfilled for return and exchange:
i. The product must be in a resalable condition.
ii. The product must remain in its original packaging.
iii. No sign of use, wear and tear or intentional damage.
- We will conduct a final inspection upon receiving the product to ensure it is in a resalable condition. We will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-14 business days. After the refund is completed, you will receive a refund confirmation email.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the product does not pass our inspection upon receipt, we will return the product to you and you need to bear the shipping cost.
Important note:
- Products purchased from distributors or Sample Sales events are not eligible for return and refund service.
- In the event of any disputes regarding returns and refunds, Leather Lab reserves the right of final decision.
