Shipping policy

  1. At Leather Lab, we strive to deliver to every location worldwide. If you're unsure whether we can ship to your location, please contact our customer service to confirm before placing your order.
    * Once we have received your order request, we will notify you by WhatsApp or email in case your location is not eligible for shipping.
  2. We do not ship to PO box, restricted and military areas.
  3. We generally send the order by standard delivery to the delivery address you have provided. If you prefer to pick up your order at the store, please select ‘Pickup in store’ during checkout.
  4. We can only change the delivery address if the order has not yet been shipped, address changes are not allowed after shipment. If you’re unsure whether your order has been shipped, please contact our customer service or track your shipment status by signing into your online account.
  5. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, an automated confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
  6. You can track your order by either clicking the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email or by signing into your online account.
  7. Orders are confirmed subject to full payments received, no partial deposit will be accepted.
  8. All online products are made to order and typically require 14-21 business days (exclude Sat, Sun and Public Holiday) for production and delivery. While we strive to meet the estimated delivery date, please be aware that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs and transportation issues, especially during peak seasons and promotion period. 
    * If you have special delivery request, please indicate the remark on the shopping cart page or contact our customer service. We will do our best effort to accommodate them.
  9. Generally, for all orders receive during weekdays we will place orders with factory on the same day. For orders receive during Sat, Sun and Public Holidays, we will only place orders with factory on the next business days.
  10. On special circumstances, if customer request for split shipments for a single order, we are able to arrange split shipment, however we can only offer free shipping for first shipment (for HK / Macau / China / Taiwan), but customer will need to bear shipping cost for subsequent shipments.
  11. We use the following logistic providers for different countries:
    - For delivery to Hong Kong / Macau / China, we use SF Express.
    - For delivery to other countries, we use HK Post Office.
    * For delivery to Taiwan, it is mandatory to fill in ID and full name for custom clearance.

* Delivery time is calculated from the moment the order is dispatched from our warehouse and does not include production time.
* Some countries may require additional import tax, duties and related customs fees for the imports, these costs shall be bear by buyer.
* No shipment will be arranged on Sat, Sun and Public Holidays.
